The animals killed by vehicles on the road, have created a problem for the animal kingdom. Such an immediate and violent death, comes as such a shock to an animal, that it doesn’t understand what happened and therefore doesn’t transition to the soul realm, but wanders around lost and confused as a ghost. The roads are full of ghost animals wandering about lost and confused.
